Parking Instructions

Parking charges apply (the first 30 minutes are free).

Primary Parking Recommendation: GREEN LOT

• Walk up the ramp from the Green Lot and enter the hospital through the main entrance into the lobby.
• Upon entering the hospital lobby, you will pass through a security screening and be asked to show a photo ID.
• Go to the Visitor Check-In desk, where staff will direct you to your next location.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing Emergency Department expansion construction, parking availability in the Green Lot may be limited.

Secondary Parking Recommendation: GOLD LOT

• Take the elevator to P5 and exit to the left, following the hospital/green signs through the long hallway and up the ramp.
• Once you enter the building, turn right just before the elevators and proceed to the end of the hallway.
• Follow the signs for Main Admissions, and once in the lobby take the Main Hospital elevators to the 1st floor.
• Go to the Visitor Check-In desk in the front lobby, where staff will direct you to your next location.

If Parked in GREEN LOT

• Follow the signs to exit the Green Lot.
• Pay to exit the lot.
• Take an immediate right, and then an immediate left.
• Head towards the outside parking gate to the left of the Gold Lot. DO NOT drive forward into the Gold Parking structure.
• Take a ticket to enter the gate. (First 30 minutes is free)
• Pull around the muraled column to the right and follow signs to Patient Pick-Up & Drop Off.
• Park near the glass doors, and a hospital staff member will bring the patient outside.

If Parked in GOLD LOT

• Follow the signs to parking level P5 and continue toward the Exit, located to the left of the P5 building entrance.
• After exiting level P5, take a slight right to enter the Patient Pick-Up circle.
• Park near the glass doors, and a hospital staff member will bring the patient outside.

Visitor Policy

Each patient may have up to two visitors at a time during visiting hours.

For patients staying overnight:

• One adult acting as a care partner may stay overnight with the patient.
• Children are strongly discouraged from visiting.
• If children are present, they must be accompanied and continuously supervised by an adult who is not the patient or a member of the healthcare staff.
• Children are not allowed to stay overnight under any circumstances.
