Northside Hospital has begun construction on a new medical office building at 4500 Atlanta Highway in Loganville, Walton County.
Northside Medical Loganville will be a two-story, 40,000-square-foot building that will house a variety of Northside services and medical practices, including imaging, cardiology, primary care, OB-GYN and general surgery.
The project is being developed in partnership with a private developer, who will own the building.
“This groundbreaking marks a significant milestone in Northside Hospital’s commitment to delivering high-quality health care to the residents of Loganville,” said Charlie Dickhaus, senior vice president of Realty Trust Group and director of real estate for Northside. “Access to state-of-the-art facilities helps support building healthier communities.”

Site preparation is underway, with vertical construction scheduled to start in January 2026. The new building is expected to open in November 2026.

In addition to the new building in Loganville, Northside has opened other medical office buildings in Buford and Snellville in recent years. Construction also continues on an 11-story patient tower on Northside Hospital Gwinnett’s campus in Lawrenceville. The tower expansion will add 200 beds to Northside Gwinnett, making it the largest hospital in the Northside system. Completion is expected in late 2025.
