If you’ve been thinking about getting your teeth whitened, consider participating in the Brighter Smiles for Brighter Futures program.Created in 2001 by Dr. Bruce E. Carter, the program enlists our dental community’s help in the fight against breast cancer. Participating dentists raise money for cancer care at Northside Hospital Gwinnett by exchanging professional teeth bleaching for a donation to the Gwinnett Medical Center Foundation.
The dentists do not receive any compensation for the services provided through Brighter Smiles, and 100 percent of your donation goes to the Foundation. Since its beginning, more than 65 dentists have contributed over $1.2 million to help fund cancer treatment programs and expansion projects at Northside Hospital Gwinnett.
